Tubettini con piselli

27 Minutes SERVES 4


14 oz Framore tubettini
18 oz peas
1 onion
1.8 oz bacon
2 spoonful of olive oil
Salt To Taste


  • First of all, heat the water in order to cook pasta.
  • Once boiling, pour FRAMORE tubettini and salt water. Keep a ladle of cooking water for later.
  • Remember: to obtain an “al dente” texture, cook 2 minutes less than cooking time.
  • Meanwhile, mince the onion and cut bacon into small cubes.
  • Add oil in a pan, and fry bacon and onion for a couple of minutes.
  • Once the onion turns golden, add peas and an abundant glass of water.
  • Once ready, add pasta and salt if needed.
  • Add cooking water and stir.
