With the help of a potato peeler, clean the celery by eliminating the external coriaceous leaves.
Chop all the vegetables needed.
Put extra virgin olive oil in a pan and heat it. Then add chopped vegetables.
When they start sizzling, add FRAMORE beans (which are pre-made) and leave them season with all the ingredients. Add a sage leaf to enhance the flavor.
Add to your ingredients a couple of spoonfuls of tomato sauce.
Pour a lot of vegetable broth (or chicken broth if you have any) in order to cover all your ingredients.
Cover your pan and leave them cook for 20 minutes.
Add salt to the broth if needed.
After 20 minutes, take a small quantity of beans and blend them with a mixer.
Then put them again in your pan and add pasta, which will be cooked in your broth, together with all the ingredients. Remember to cook it just a couple of minutes less than cooking time, in order to get an “al dente” texture.
Once ready, do not immediately serve your dish: turn off the heat and leave the pan with the lid to rest a couple of minutes.
Then, your pasta with beans is ready to be served: add just a little extra virgin olive oil.
