Paccheri with crab dip

Ingredients

28 oz. Crab
14 oz. di Framore Paccheri
1 Clove of garlic
28 oz Framore Diced Tomatoes
Olive Oil To Taste
Salt To Taste
Parsely To Taste
Hot Peppers To Taste
A drizzle of Dry White Wine

Directions

  • In order to prepare this dish, the first thing to do is boil half of the crabs (14 oz).
  • Take a big saucepan: pour water in it add salt and leave to boil.
  • Meanwhile, clean the crabs and pour 14 oz of them in the boiling water. Cook them for 7-8 minutes.
  • Drain them and leave to cool.
  • Use a sharp knife and a nutcracker to open them and get crab meat and its dip that will be collected and saved for later.
  • Pour what remaining crabs in the saucepan, using the colander, and add salted water. You will have to cook paste in this saucepan.
  • Add a lid and leave to boil.
  • Meanwhile prepare the crab dip.
  • Use a pan to fry 1 clove of garlic in oil. When bronze. add the previously collected crab meat and dip and cook for a while. Add a drizzle of dry white wine.
  • Now add FRAMORE tomatoes, salt and hot peppers and cook for at least 15-20 minutes.
  • When cooking water is boiling, add pasta in it and cook for a couple of minutes less than cooking time, in order to get anal dente texture.
  • Once drained, add pasta to the pan with the crab dip and stir.
  • Add chopped parsley and serve your delicious dish!
